- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Absolutely awful shop! Wish there was somewhere else I could get my sons uniform from. Manager of the shop left a door open, my son ran up the stairs, the manager then went and shouted very aggressively for my son to get down "get down now! What the hell do you think your playing at! Get down! Im the manager of this shop and Im telling you to get down!" Then proceeded to grab my sons arm to get him down. Even the cashier behind the desk was embarrassed by the way he spoke to my son. A lady behind me shook her head in disbelief and said hes just being a typical boy! However, my son is autistic and doesnt understand. I wouldnt say anything in front of my son so I put him in the car with his nana and went back in to tell the manager that I wasnt happy with the way he had spoken to my son, I told him that sometimes people have disabilities and dont understand. He was very defensive and didnt apologise, he said he didnt grab his arm he was helping him down, which is a lie as I saw him do it, he had hold of his arm not his hand! I left in tears and told him it was disgusting. £60 on uniform which are poor quality, they shrink and dont wash very well at all. Needless to say I will be ordering online next time and will be trying to find another shop that sells my sons uniform. I really wish people could have a little bit more understanding when it comes to hidden disabilities, I do understand that if he had fallen down the stairs the shop potentially could of been liable, but if that was the case he should of shut the door behind him!
