- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Bought an new car from Patterson Ford, was told it was a demonstrator car and got a great discount.
It wasn’t ... it had been bought and returned.
Took car for repair (under warranty) and annual service - Great service and staff.
Following year took car for annual service and was informed that last years service didn’t take place due to computer problem and they were sorry…….
Paid just under £150 for service and took car home.
Following year took car to different garage due to problems with Patterson and was informed that the Car has never had a service. Garage even gave me a letter stating this for evidence.
Contacted Pattinsons who said they will give me 10% of next Service to make amends………
