  On friday 19th I used the cash machine outside two ball lonnen branch, I was in a hurry with a million things on my mind......I then went into the store to buy some sweets for my granddaughter , a member of your staff who was outside came into the store with my £20 that I had left in the machine, he had heard the machine bleeping and had noticed I had went into the store I probably wouldnt have realised my mistake until my takeaway turned up later and I had no money in my purse , Im very grateful to him for his honesty and care , I didnt get his name so please thank him again.......Mrs wendy cranston
