- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆With direct regard to, and consideration of The Equality Act 2010; it would appear that Nexus are in contravention of the Act, and are consciously, and as a matter of policy, directly discriminating against people with a protected characteristic (ie Disability) when the company prohibits the use of mobility scooters on the Metro network. The affect of this prohibition is not a proportionate means to achieve a legitimate aim.
