About Findspace Limited in Newcastle Upon Tyne
Affordable student accommodation in Newcastle. All houses are located close to uni, are spacious, modern, secure and accredited and have large double bedrooms, 350mb broadband, fire and security systems and high security locks.
Get away from halls and the rules and regulations that come with them and live an independent student life in your own house. Youll learn new skills and make friends and above all youll have your own space.
We do not need to demand any upfront rent or agency fees for any of our student properties in Newcastle. Our rents start at just £65pppw and the only sum of money we ask for is a small payment of £150 (which includes an admin fee). This secures any of our great houses with nothing more for you to pay until you are ready to move in. Also we like to keep things simple to understand and straightforward and thats why we only use a two page contract, not the lengthy legal doorstops that some Newcastle agents and landlords use.
All of our properties are located in the safe student neighbourhoods of Heaton, Jesmond, Shieldfield and Sandyford close to both universities. In addition all of our houses are fitted with high security locks and fire protection systems. And - we are an accredited landlord. We are also members of the National Landlord Association.
We maintain our houses to a very high standard. This means our tenants are always living in and enjoying our houses in their best possible condition. Looking after our properties on an ongoing basis also means were able to keep our deposits very low. Read how here.
