- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I was employed with CutPay merchant services limited for a month in 2017. During my extremely short employment I had grounds to take said company to an employment tribunal (which I did on March 22nd 2018) and won my case. Again at an appeal by CutPay on May 8th the judgement of unpaid wages, unpaid expenses, sexual harassment and racial discrimination still stood based on law and fact. CutPay owe me £4450.67 as of yesterday and are STILL refusing to pay me. They have watched me be in sheltered accommodation, have no money to feed myself or have basic things to live on and have ignored countless correspondence and are now dragging this out even further with no intention to pay. Not only that but during my employment I was not registered with HMRC, I did not receive a payslip and was not listed as an employee of the business. This company have told me that I deserved to be sexually harassed and refuse to settle a court ordered payment or indeed settle this issue to anyone’s satisfaction. All of the above is factual and not fabricated and I am entitled to voice my upset, frustration and turmoil until this issue is resolved by CutPay and it’s management. My advice would be DO NOT deal with a company like this professionally because they are anything but.
